  • Fees must be paid at VIJAYA BANK, Vishal Khand Branch, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. Phone No.: 0522-2301513 OR ONLINE at www.stfrancislko.org by login to the Parent E-care .
  • Vijaya bank, Vishal Khand Branch, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow will receive the fees in cash. Cheques of Vijaya Bank, Vishal Khand Branch, Gomti Nagar will only be accepted. If the cheque(s) is rejected a penalty of Rs.1000-will be levied.
    In the bank:
    Days: From Ist to 10th of the month
    Time: 10-30a.m to 1-30 p.m
  • If last day of fees collection falls on Sunday or holidays, fees will be collected on the next immediate working day.
  • Fees must be paid online through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking as per the fee chart. Fees for two or more months can be paid.
  • A late fee of Rs.50-per month will be charged if the fees are not paid by the due date as per the fee chart. However no fine will be charged for the months of April to July.
  • Irrespective of the time of admission, fees are payable for the whole academic year. No exemption of deduction in fees will be made on account of broken periods, holidays, late admission or absence for any cause.
  • No Child will be allowed to appear for School Examinations unless his fees have been paid in full.
  • Under no circumstances will any fee be collected in the School Office.
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded.
  • A month’s notice in writing must be given before a child is withdrawn from the school or a month’s fees will be charged in lieu of notice.
  • All fee payment receipts will be sent to the registered email ID of the Parents and the School will NOT issue any certificate in respect of payment of fee.
