FEE RULES (L.K.G to XII) 2023-2024

• Fees must be paid at BANK OF BARODA, Vishal Khand Branch, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. Phone No.:0522-2301513 OR ONLINE at www.stfrancislko.org by login to the e-Care portal.
• ICSE Board Examination / Registration fee is to be paid separately (For Class IX - XII only)
• BANK OF BARODA, Vishal Khand Branch, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow will receive the fees in cash. Cheques of Bank of Baroda, Vishal Khand Branch, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow will only be accepted. If the cheque(s) is rejected a penalty of Rs. 1000/- will be levied.
  In the bank:
  Days: 1st to 10th of the first month of each quarter.
  Time: 10:30 A.M. to 01:30 P.M.
  
• Fees must be paid by the 10th of FIRST month of each Quarter.
• A Late Fee of Rs. 200/- per quarter will be charged if the fees are not paid by the 10th of the first month of each quarter. Bank of Baroda, Vishal Khand Branch, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow will receive the Fee with Late Fee between 1st & 10th of SECOND month of each quarter.
• If the fees are not paid by the 10th of second month of the each quarter the name of the defaulter may be struck off the register. In such case re-admission may be done by charging full admission fee.
• If the fees for the last quarter (4th Quarter) are not paid by 10th February 2024 a fine of Rs. 500/- will be charged for each Quarter.
• Irrespective of the time of admission, fees are payable for the whole academic year. No exemption or deduction in fees will be made on account of broken periods, holiday, late admission or absence for any cause.
• If last day of fees collection falls on Sunday or holidays, fees will be collected on the next working day.
• Students will not be allowed to appear for the Exam or Report card will not be issued if all dues are not cleared.
• Under no circumstances will any late fee be collected in the school office.
